At Enterprising Latinas (ELI), we focus on breaking down financing barriers that have historically limited entrepreneurship across our region. Financial sector partnerships are vital to this mission. We highlight the ongoing support of Bank OZK as a key sponsor of the Business Pitch Competition, a central component of our workforce and business development program graduations.

Graduation from our programs marks the milestone where participants receive their completion certificates and defend their business models before a panel of expert judges.
